Use this checklist to ensure you have everything you need to complete your warranty claim. 

1. Take a picture or record a short video (MP4 only, max 100MB) of the issue you're experiencing with your item to attach to your claim. These will help our team understand the full scope of the issue and determine any troubleshooting steps. Adding clear documentation of the issue to your warranty claim form will give us the best chance to assist you effectively!
   
   
2. If you purchased the item directly from our website, please have your order number and email address ready. Start your warranty claim here.
   
   
3. If you purchased from an authorized Nomad reseller, please have either your confirmation email or proof of purchase ready. Start your warranty claim here.
   
   
4. Our team will review your claim and respond via email as soon as possible. We may offer additional troubleshooting steps before proceeding. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement or store credit. If applicable, Nomad will cover any return shipping fees.
